All vehicle rentals in Hove are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement provided at the time of booking or vehicle collection. 3. Reservations and Payments

Full payment and a security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All pricing is in British Pounds (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, securely processed through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection, it is important to conduct a comprehensive inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be generated and signed at this point. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was collected, taking into account normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be evaluated and charged appropriately. Ensure the vehicle is returned with the same level of fuel as when collected; otherwise, refueling charges will apply. Additional insurance options may be available to help limit your financial responsibility. You are liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless you opt for extra coverage. Damage resulting from negligence or misuse remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice provided. Please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for precise information. Late cancellations or failure to show may incur additional charges, reflecting our commitment to maintaining availability for all customers in Hove.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses in Hove
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or engaging in any hazardous events. Transporting dangerous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden.
